Today, constructional and developmental assets in India addresses the need for settled houses from a range of property segments like offices, residential, malls, hospitals, manufacturing sectors and logistics parks. Indian real estate sector has seen an exceptional growth in the past couple of years. This was lighted and fueled by two main ways. First, the increasing industrial sector had created a rush in demand for office buildings and residences. The commercial sector grew at a rapid rate of 10.8% in 2006-07 ,out of which, a growth of 11.8% was seen by the producing sector. Second, the relaxation policies of state had decreased the requirement for permission and licenses before taking mega construction projects.
