Eldeco is one of the leading real state and manufacturing companies in north India. It is doing business successfully for more than 35 years now. Eldeco is handled by Mr. S.K.Garg as its chairman. He started his career as a civil engineering lecturer in one of the best colleges in India and later on started working as a consultant.

After that he thought of starting his own company as he sensed there was a void in this sector. He started Eldeco on a principle that customers should get best of the services. Eldeco’s chairman Mr. S.K.Garg has an experience through which Eldeco has undertaken more than 175 projects successfully. He has achieved many awards as well in construction because of his contribution in this sector. Mr. S.K.Garg has experienced of many stages as the chairman of Eldeco. He started this company in 1975 and took up projects in Agra and a few part of UP. Gradually, he was successful in listing the organization on the Bombay Stock Exchange in 1985 and made it public. Then, he spread the business of Eldeco to more parts in UP. Eldeco was the first public company in India to join the Lucknow Development authority in the 300 acres joint development. Under his chairmanship, Eldeco has grown very well. Later on Mr. Pankaj Baja joined the organization and helped the chairman to transform Eldeco into a national player from regional player.

Eldeco’s business has increased to most of the UP and north India now. Mr. S.K.Garg has set up values for Eldeco which make it different in the real estate and construction sector. Under his flagship, Eldeco has spread his township programs to Sonepat, Panipat, Jalendhar, Jhansi and many more places. Also, he has made Eldeco perform very well and achieve many awards such as the best infrastructure developer award, best residential township award etc.

Eldeco’s Chairman Mr. S.K.Garg also understands the corporate social responsibility of any business as well. He has started programs that fulfill the basic need of the construction workers who work for Eldeco. Eldeco takes care of its laborer’s children by giving those meals, education, hygiene facility etc. Also, it organizes free medical checkup camps, where hundreds of people can go and get their medical tests done for free. Mr.S.K.Garg has been a responsible and successful chairman for Eldeco Group.
